Welcome to Promogoat! By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Promogoat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PromoGoat provides AI‑assisted tools to help you plan and evaluate marketing campaigns, including:

  • Campaign planning and budget allocation recommendations
  • Creative strategy guidance
  • Platform-neutral media planning across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Important: PromoGoat is a planning and strategy tool. We do not place, manage, or optimise advertisements on your behalf. You are responsible for executing campaigns through the advertising platforms directly. Features may evolve over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. Your Account & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Promogoat to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property, or distribute harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to Promogoat are owned by their respective owners and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. AI‑Generated Content

Outputs generated by the service may contain errors or biases. You are responsible for verifying results before acting on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any output.

8. Your Content & Data

  • You retain ownership of all content, campaign briefs, and data you provide to PromoGoat
  • By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Services
  • We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models beyond providing your service
  • You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings

9. No Performance Guarantee

PromoGoat provides strategic recommendations and planning tools to support your marketing decisions. However:

  • We do not guarantee any specific advertising results, returns, or outcomes
  • Actual campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, creative execution, and platform algorithms
  • Our projections and benchmarks are directional estimates, not promises
  • You are solely responsible for your advertising decisions and spend

10. Subscription & Billing

  • PromoGoat is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout (currently $29/month)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

11. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

12. Third‑Party Services

We may integrate with third‑party tools. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoGoat and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromoGoat and its owners from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data before account deletion.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
